The drive through car wash is touchless, which is good. I'd recommend that they get better drive guides, when I got in the drive through I wasn't sure if the car was parked properly so I spent the first minutes of the wash freaking out a bit. However, the car came out clean, which is what I went for. Good overall
Its the cheepest and cleanest car wash around the Waterbury area. Nice place with attendent on duty day time. Try it you'll like it.
I just had my car washed here and the customer service is fantastic. The attendant taught me some things that I never knew before. They have special brushes in the self serve bays called "hog hair brushes" that can get the deep dirt off of your car without scratching it. They always have a clean facility and the attendant is always very helpful and my car is clean and I am happy when I leave, I would highly recommend this place to anyone
The self serve bays are only cash, which can be compared to other self serve washes that offer credit card payments. The hose takes forever to fill with the proper soap. Don't care for the touch less wash, never seems to clean the car fully.
It is quick and easy and equipment is always worki g. I would love it if they had the floor mat machine that deep cleans the floor mats.
